Who am I? I am Esther Ward, a mature business woman with a diverse range of work and life skills. My substantial employment experience has  given me insights into the dynamics of businesses of varied sizes - from sole trader to family owned to large corporations.   My experience spans across the disciplines of Office Administration, Accounts, Payroll, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Recruitment, Business Start-up, Project Management, People Management, Staff Training, Tailored Education, Logistics, Production, Horticulture and more.
