Our services will begin only after we conduct face-to-face consultation(s) to fully understand the scope of duties required. This ensures that we can tailor our approach to meet your specific needs effectively.
Terms & Conditions - Business Support Services
Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. An invoice and receipt for payment will be provided via electronic format, and additional hardcopies can be provided if required.
Unpaid invoices will attract a $5 per week late payment fee to cover the additional administrative cost required to follow up on the late payment.
Acceptable Payment methods: Cash, Direct Deposit, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit Card or Credit Card.
Funds for non-service based purchases required for the project must be provided in advance e.g. corporate clothing, specialist tools and equipment. Legal Tax Receipts will be provided.
Any required Site Induction and/or Occupational Health and Safety training must be provided either before or immediately upon commencement of the project.
In the case of outdoor projects the client must ensure the outdoor areas to be worked in are free of animal faeces and pertrucible waste.
Any dissatisfaction with the services provided must be raised immediately during the course of the project as payments made for services and products provided are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions - Residential Support Services
Payment is immediate upon completion of work. An invoice and receipt for payment will be provided via electronic format, and additional hardcopies can be provided if required.
Acceptable Payment methods: Cash, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit Card or Credit Card.
Funds for non-service based purchases required for the project must be provided in advance e.g. plants, tipping fees, trailer hire, boxes. Legal Tax Receipts will be provided.
The Client must be present for the duration of all projects. This includes any car trips to storage units or other relocation sites where personal items are carried. It does not include trips to tipping sites or to collect goods such as plants, trailer hire, packing boxes etc. unless the Client specifically wants to be present.
In the case of outdoor yard/gardening projects, the Client must ensure the outdoor areas to be worked in are free of animal faeces and pertrucible waste.
Any dissatisfaction with the services provided must be raised immediately during the course of the project as payments made for services and products provided are non-refundable.
Selling on Gumtree Service
Where services to sell items on Gumtree are used, a non-negotiable selling price will be agreed in advance.
The sale price will only be changed with permission from the client.
Unless otherwise agreed, all Gumtree sales will be local with cash payments only.
A 10% commission fee will be deducted upon the sale of the product and the remaining cash balance paid to the client as immediately as practicably possible. This fee covers the administration of taking photos, preparing the listing, keeping the listing up to date, managing buyer enquiries and closing the sale.
Items to be sold shall be stored at the premises of An Added Extra, unless otherwise agreed. Should items be stored at the Client site, time travel to and from the Client site to meet buyers will be charged to the nearest 5 minutes.
Alternative or additional methods of sale such as Facebook Marketplace or Specialist Interest Groups can be used and commission payable will be agreed and adjusted accordingly on a case by case basis.
Unless otherwise agreed, An Added Extra will keep relisting items until sold.
